At CRM, we recognize that to recruit the best possible candidates for each client requires more than just the traditional interviewing process. On registering with CRM, each candidate is asked to fill in a registration form and to complete a written spelling and basic IQ puzzle and an optional Mathematics test. Candidates also complete the following assessments:
  • Computer skills testing on Windows '98, Typing speed test which includes WPM, accuracy and keystrokes per hour, and both Alpha and Numeric Data Entry testing. We can also customise our data entry testing to simulate your exact requirements.

  • One on one interview - Candidates are asked to talk about their background & experience, formal qualifications they may have, reasons for leaving previous employment and their career goals. Group interviews - Candidates present themselves to a group and the interviewer conducts a role-play situation focusing on teamwork, problem solving and communication skills.

  • Behavioural based interview questions - These questions ask the candidates to give specific examples of some of their experiences they have had in an administration or customer service/sales role. The answers given by the candidate indicate their ability to be able to handle a variety of different situations they would come across in these positions.

  • Customer Service and Telesales Simulator - Candidates are tested on their knowledge, skills and abilities most important to a call centre/sales environment. Test include: Customer Service judgement, courtesy, effectiveness in handling upset customers, attention to customer requests, basic telephone knowledge, basic sales knowledge, telephone manners, sales techniques and sales concepts.

  • Reference Checking - All candidates registered with CRM are asked to supply us with a minimum of 2 previous supervisors or managers that we can contact for a verbal reference check. Each referee is asked a series of questions relating to the candidates work performance, team work, attendance & punctuality and a variety of customised questions relating to the particular position they have applied for.
