We recognize that to recruit the best possible candidates for each client requires skilled and dedicated consultants.  We take pride in our interviewing and selection processes and look to best match candidates to our client's specific needs.  Assessments include, but are not limited to:
 
·       One on one interviews - Candidates are asked to talk about their background & experience, formal qualifications if required, reasons for leaving previous employment and their career aspirations.  Group interviews - Candidates present themselves to a group and the interviewer conducts a role-play situation, focusing on teamwork, problem solving and communication skills.
 
·       Customer Service and Telesales Simulator - Candidates are tested on their knowledge, skills and abilities most important to a Call centre/Sales environment.  Tests include: Customer Service judgement, courtesy, effectiveness in handling upset customers, attention to customer requests, basic telephone knowledge, basic sales knowledge, telephone manner, sales techniques and sales concepts.
 
·       Behavioural questioning - These questions ask the candidates to provide specific examples of some of their ?real life? experiences they have had in the workplace.  The answers given by the candidate indicate their ability to be able to handle a variety of different situations they could potentially come across in the workplace.  Questions are customised to the specific position being recruited for.
 
·       Reference Checking - All candidates registered with CRM are asked to supply us with a minimum of 2 previous supervisors or managers that we can contact for a verbal reference check.  Each referee is asked a series of questions relating to the candidates work performance, teamwork, attendance & punctuality and a various other questions, qualifying their suitability to another position.
 
·       Computer skills check - Computer skills testing is also completed in order to determine the candidate's working knowledge of a variety of programs.  Typically, we test each candidate in typing/data entry speed and accuracy, Word, Excel to confirm that they have a reasonable working knowledge in these areas.  We have the ability to test on a variety of other programs, depending on each client's requirements.
